Domain Name up for renewal – Unable to renew

  Hi,

  I keep getting a pop up stating that our domain name (www.danceaberdeen.com) is due to expire in 3 days.

  Due to staff changes, I am unaware of where that domain is registered or how it is linked to the site?

  Can someone please help? As we are a community dance agency, it is vitally important that our domain doesn’t go dark!

  So, you have a couple issues here. The first is that the user account you are posting from is not the owner of the Domain Mapping upgrade to point danceaberdeen.com to http://citymoves.wordpress.com/. The second is that the nameservers for danceaberdeen.com are not set to point to WordPress.com.

  The account you need to log into in order to renew the domain mapping upgrade is listed here:
