Domain Name update and Site ownership

  tried to update our domain name and got this warning ‘Sorry, this user account does not own the product you are trying to renew.’. I am the owner/administrator and have been for 4 years. How do I correct this problem? Also, How do I change ownership of this site?

  Both the site and domain are owned by the other Administrator on the site.

  They can transfer them to you following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
