Domain name upgrade

An hour ago, I went through step one of mapping to my own domain name (Cindigale.com), and supplying the 3 nameservers from GoDaddy. I filled out the form to purchase it for $13, gave credit card info, etc. However there is no feedback via email, store purchase record, or domain record for me to know if it processed. To me it appears it did not process and I was not billed. I don’t want to complicate the issue by repeating the process and being charged again if it did process.
Also, I’d like to speak on the phone with a rep, but am unable to locate a number for WordPress support.
Can anyone guide me on these issues?
