domain name vs. blog name

    I want another blog but I want it separate and anonymous from the one I already have; I don’t want anyone to be able to connect that the two are related and belong to one blogger/author. How do I do this (I dont understand ‘domain name’ vs the blog name/address)

    Hi,

    you may want to consider opening another WordPress.com account with a more anonymous username. The site you create there won’t be in any way connected to the site you created using the account karyndclark.

    Blog address is the one you choose when you create your blog, like mygroovysite.wordpress.com. If you want to get rid of the WordPress.com part, you can register a custom domain, like mygroovysite.com or mygroovysite.net, etc. The domain name will hide the initial blog address.
