Domain name with premium upgrade

  I thought the the $99 Premium upgrade gave you the option to choose your own domain name without paying an additional $18?

  Correct! The Premium bundle does include a domain upgrade. You shouldn’t be asked to pay for a domain. Can you try adding it again here?

  Once you select the domain, you should see the discount applied ($0 owed). Please let me know if that’s not the case!
