Domain name won't connect wordpress blog

Hey there,
I am trying to direct my blog feedindonesiadotorg.wordpress.com to my recently-mapped domain name, feedindonesia.org
But I have no clue how?Does anyone know how I can do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I see domain mapping for feedindonesia.org – recently purchased – however feedindonesia.org is showing suspended for spam & abuse – that can happen if you canceled the domain registration shortly after purchasing it
I will flag this for staff attention

I can’t see your account, but the suspension normally shows up if you canceled the domain registration, as in you gave up the domain name – could be a week or two before it Might be released back to the wild and you can purchase it again – but the staff can look at your account and see what your options are – they MIGHT be able to retrieve the domain name for you if you want

I accidentally cancelled the domain registration, but then repurchased it (mapped it) soon after. It is currently under my account, but still suspended.

Domain registration & domain mapping are two different items – related but not the same – both need to be done to have a custom domain name work

Are you suggesting I need to register the domain name as well? I believe it is already registered to wordpress.com

Not suggesting at all – telling you that the domain name also needs to be registered somewhere to you so that you can configure it correctly to work with the domain mapping so visitors will see the custom domain name when they visit your site and also so they can use the custom domain name to find your site
The staff can see what you did in your account and tell you what your options are

Hi @jawbrah,
It looks like you originally registered the domain feedindonesia.org on 1/22, but then cancelled the registration on the same day for a refund. Then, you attempted to register the domain again on feedindonesiadotorg.wordpress.com.
When a domain is cancelled, it does not become immediately available for registration. That’s why you only received a mapping upgrade when you tried to re-register it on feedindonesiadotorg.wordpress.com (not a registration + mapping upgrade).
There are two paths forward:
1. I can reach out to the registrar in an attempt to restore the domain to your site.
2. We can wait for the domain to become available again for registration (normally 1-2 weeks) and then register it again following the steps here:

Just an update – my domain name feedindonesia.org started working temporarily for an hour or so. I then updated the MX records to try and get a custom gmail and it stopped working again. Any progress?

This issue is still not resolved. When I check out the settings of my domain name, the following message appears:
“Your nameservers need to be set to NS1.WORDPRESS.COM and NS2.WORDPRESS.COM for these DNS records to work. If you have already updated the nameservers you can ignore this message; it will stop appearing soon.”

The domain will not work until we’re able to get it restored to your account by the registrar. I’ve reached out in an attempt to get it restored. I’ll update you as soon as I know more!

It actually looks like the domain feedindonesia.org is available again for registration. Can you try registering it again following the instructions here?
You should not have to pay anything extra since the domain is included in the Premium bundle.
