Domain Name wordpress.com , wordpress.org
-
I’m new to wordpress, so i’m entirely confused. However, back in march i purchased my own wordpress.com domain name. I paid the $99.00 to use CSS and have a domain name for a year I think. I was thinking I can edit themes with my HTML, CSS skills. Then i found wordpress.org which I downloaded everything and have XAMPP as an FTP , MYSQUL and I logged in and everything transferred over except my domain name which is http://www.amusicjunkie.com is still under savethedreams (username) and NOT under http:localhost . That I have. How do I get when i type http://www.amusicjunkie.com to go to the theme I created myself on my laptop?
2.) This isn’t just a wordpress.com problem, its wordpress.org. Is there somebody I can talk to that knowledgeable about both. I haven’t really used my $99.00 wordpress.com CSS if possible can I delete that and get a refund if I don’t need anything from that. I know HTML, CSS, JAVAscript and little php very well. I not sure what i purchased was what I was looking for?
3.) I want http://www.amusicjunkie.com domain named when typed in anyone URL, can be edited and reached from localhost on my laptop through xampp that I created and the theme that I made. I need that theme to show up when I type in my URL amusicjunkie.com.
Thank You. This is very important.

I can see you purchased upgrades back in March, but they are only refundable for thirty days.
If you want to point your domain to a non-WordPress.com host, you can do so by updating your nameservers. See http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/ for more information on how to do that.
Keep in mind localhost is just a local server environment on your computer, and is not available to anyone on the internet. To make your WordPress.org website publicly accessible, you will need to secure separate web hosting.
This document, explaining the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, might be helpful to you. It also includes a link to third-party hosting options.
