  Hi, so recently I switched domain name because I wanted to host the domain on another hosting server. After 2 days it still says the domain is parked with automattic, when will it be available again?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi –
  In order for the domain to be released quickly the cancelation needs to happen within 5 days. Your domain was 20 days old before being cancelled. Without any action it will take a year for the domain to be released.

  What we can do is restore the domain to your WordPress.com account. Then, you will be able to edit the DNS name servers to point the domain to the new site. Once the domain is 60 days old you can make a full transfer to the new domain partner.

  Once your domain is old enough (60 days) you can move it to another provider by following these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/
