does anyone know how to get a domain name back off wordpress? i bought the domain through wordpress but decided to go someone else to build my site and now i cant use my domain name it says its parked. what does that mean?

the domain name is jocampbellreid.com and yes please I would like to use it on another site. if the domain name is suspended does that mean I can never use it again?

Hi @jocampbellreid, domains can be released after several days if you cancel within 48 hours. After that it gets a bit trickier because the domain won’t be released for a long time.
Do you want me to see if I can get this domain back for you so you can point it to the new provider? You could then transfer it after so many days.
