  Hi, if I purchase a new domain name from you and for any reason want to get it cancelled and refunded then what is the policy? Do I get 14 days or 30 days to think about it and cancel if needed? Thanks

  Read this:

  For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.
