  It looks like you may have already tried to export the site. I currently see a critical error; would you like to point the domain back here until that’s fixed?

  You may want to use a plugin like All in One Import, then you can update your domain settings to point to the new provider. Then, you would downgrade here. Since the domain is registered here, you can keep it renewed through us, or you can transfer to another registrar if needed.
