Domain names
-
Uh well i only signed up with wordpress i dont own any other web programs or services or hosting. I want my own domain name how can i do it?

When I first purchased my domain name “agatedesignjewelry.com” from WordPress, I changed the Dashboard privacy setting to public, and did a Google search for Agate Design Jewelry just to see what it would look like.
I was pleased to see it appear as Agate Design Jewelry (with my blog url underneath in lighter print). However, this doesn’t seem to work anymore, and I simply get “agatedesignjewelry.com/” when I do the Google search.
Is there any way I can get it back to look like it did the first time?
Thanks!

I’m not sure what the issue is, because your site is still listed with ‘Ashgate Design Jewellery’ in the title, and the URL at the bottom, as it should be.

Sorry, that should have been ‘Agate Design Jewellery’…just got up in this part of the world, and no morning coffee yet…

That’s a function of Google’s Personalized Search. Different people see different results. “It’s not a bug, it’s a feature”.
