  i have just added a website to my sites (paid site) – it appears on my list of sites as www.(name of site)dotcom, instead of www(name).com. What has happened, and why? How can I make sure that it is retrievable at .com?! Thanks

  The domain name you tried to add is maybe already registered, which would explain your situation.

  I advise you to check the domain name availability.
