Domain names and website access

  Hi there, we haven’t used this login or site for a long time but it seems to be being used by an unknown source or inaccessible from address bar, can you tell me what’s happened? Is it possible to wipe these sites and start again?

  Hello,

  What has happened is that your WordPress.com Personal plan has expired and reverted to a free site. So that domain is being pointed to a WordPress.com site that is incompatible with a custom domain.

  Purchasing a WordPress.com plan for that site will fix things. Or, you can revert to using the standard creaturecoffeescouk.wordpress.com URL for your site.

  Let me know if you need help doing either.

  The mapping for that domain, and the site’s personal plan, expired on October 9 when they were not renewed. We sent several email warnings both before and shortly after they expired.

  The site the domain was mapped to still exists at https://creaturecoffeescouk.wordpress.com/ and you can purchase a new plan and map the domain again at https://wordpress.com/plans
