Hello! I am trying to move the domain thekingdomstyle to another hosting. But it seems I did something wrong somewhere. Please help me with the status of the domain and if possible to obtain a backup of my site. Please help with this urgent matter. Thank you!

I reviewed your account, and it appears someone disputed the credit card charge through a credit card company or bank. It’s always better to ask for a refund directly instead of doing a chargeback! Chargebacks can be time consuming and difficult to sort out and involve extra fees.
