Domain needs to be renewed but cannot find on my account

  I have a domain name bought through WordPress last June 2020…I received an email saying I need to renew it. However, it does not appear on my account when I log in using that email. I have the Paypal receipt for the original domain purchase.

  Could someone please advise?? Thanks -M

  What is the URL of the domain?

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is most likely connected to a different WordPress.com account than what you are contacting us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
