I see that custom A Records were added recently to point site traffic to your WordPress.com account, so you can set the custom address. Please be aware that there can sometimes be a delay of a few hours where you do not see the change on your end due to the time needed for the settings to take effect. Also in some instances it can help to clear your browser cache, but if you do nothing you should see the site at vitanovamedspa.com soon.
