Domain not listed in our account

  We changed the location of our site to different host in October 2022. Tried to transfer the domain to GoDaddy soon after that, but it wouldn’t work.

  I now need to change the DNS settings, in order to move the site to a new server, but when i log into our account, no domains are listed. Went into Account Settings, and it gave me the message Failed to retrieve all domains.

  Can you help direct me to the domain, so i can make the DNS changes?

  If you are referring to the domain name melbasjewelry.com, please note that it is registered on the site owned by another WordPress.com account (linked to a different email address). The account you are reaching us with do not own the site (with the domain name melbasjewelry.com).

  Please reach us on help@wordpress.com with the email address that was used to create the account that owns the site on the domain name melbasjewelry.com.
