Domain not listed. Unable to retrieve wp-admin login

I’ve been trying to login into my wp-admin to solve a critical error, but every time I click on “lost my password” it takes it to the same error.
I recovered the password to my account, but apparently it’s not the same as the wp-admin password. While trying to acess the admin through my account and deactivate Jetpack to see if it would solve the problem, it redirected me to the wp-admin login page again. When I tried to return, my domain was not listed anymore.
I need help to login into my wp-admin and to bring my website back to my account please.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist because your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. It’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site hosted by a different hosting company.
We do not have access to self-hosted sites, so I cannot see the setup of the backend of your account.
To clarify:
