Domain not mapping

    Hi guys
    I am working with a client to set up a blog on their website. Intaserve registered the domain name blog.dcconferences.com.au but after several frustrating weeks it is still working (that is to say it works for a few hours and the reverts back to being unavailable) and they don’t seem to know how to fix it.
    Could you please take a look and let me know if there is anything I can do to make it work?

    Hi, I’ve done several lookups against their DNS servers, and am getting inconsistent results. Sometimes they have the correct CNAME record, and other times the query fails.

    dns6.intaserve.net seems to return the correct results more often than dns7.intaserve.net, but there isn’t a consistent pattern.

    So, from here it looks like they’re having issues with the DNS servers. If they’re unable to fix them, I’d suggest that you ask to be migrated to a different set of servers, or that you switch to using a different company.

    I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help, but it looks like the issue is outside of our control for now. Please let me know if you have any questions or if there’s anything else I can do.
