Domain not mapping/found

  I registered with wordpress and included sandeepburman.com as a customized domain before I paid $99 for my upgrade.

  However, now I can’t seem to access the domain. In ‘domain helper’ it says the

  “It looks like this domain may be available for registration. You can register it and add the mapping to your blog by following the link below.

  sandeepburmandotcom (http://sandeepburmandotcom.wordpress.com)”

  However, when I click and try to add I get the message –

  “Unable to map sandeepburman.com

  The domain sandeepburman.com has already been registered on WordPress.com. Please contact support if you would like to map this domain again.”

  Moreover the domain seems to be available for a new registration. Pl. do advise at earliest as it mentions that refund is available for the same only for 48 hrs.

  Howdy,

  Can you try to map it to your site again via the Store->Domains page (at https://sandeepburmandotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains ).

  The domain name sandeepburman.com has already been registered (e.g. it is an existing domain), so assuming you have registered it, you’ll need to change the nameservers to WordPress.com as outlined in Map an Existing Domain.

  If you haven’t already purchased this domain name at a registrar, then it is taken and not available. Your credit as part of your Premium upgrade is still present, so you can purchase any other not-registered domain name.
