Domain not recognized by whois

  My site http://www.autotheftclaimsmaster.me
  Is not recognize zed by who is. Doesn’t show any ownership. I have paid every year to wordpress I believe it was $25 the last payment was last February of 2021 and yet if I go on who is put that site in it says it’s not recognized. What do I do here. I’ve been paying for registration for years! Something’s got to get fixed here and I don’t know what to do I need help! I have receipts showing I paid for registration every year to wordpress. Now I’m trying to build up the site and I can’t do anything with it. Please help I’m in a panic here. I’ve upgraded the business and WordPress I paid for premium for Yost for that site and now I can’t even use it?

  Whois won’t show you who owns a domain, no. First, all domains on WordPress.com have private registration enabled by default, which hides information about the domain owner from the public Whois database. And second, since the GDPR laws came into effect in Europe, we also redact personal information from Whois data, as required by law.

  You are posting here as the WordPress.com account, robo14. This account has never bought any paid upgrade from us.

  The site at https://autotheftclaimsmaster.me/ belongs to a completely different WordPress.com username account, and you have to be logged in as that account to make changes to that site.

  So log out of the robo14 account, and log back in as the other account you used to create that site.
