Domain not reflected

  Hi There. I bought a domain yesterday for my site but it doesn’t reflect yet. I still have the free version and I have a notification asking for payment. Please assist.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  What is the domain you bought? The account you’re using to post here has never owned any paid upgrades on WordPress.com. I also don’t see any failed payments for this account, so either you bought it using a different account, or you didn’t complete the checkout process so you haven’t bought the upgrades yet.

  The domain I bought is featuredsa.com. I paid yesterday and the transaction went out on my phone.

  Hi there,

  That domain is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. To be able to manage it you need to log in to that other account of yours.
