Domain "not registreded with WordPress". How do I get the refund?

  I have been trying to cancel my domain that it is saying that it was not registreded by WordPress. I paid trough WordPress and now I want cancel it before it reachs 48 hours.

  When I click “Cancel and Refund” the following message appears:

  You cannot cancel this domain because it was not registreded with WordPress.com. Please contact support.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  It looks like the original registration for abroader.com.br wasn’t successful (so the domain wasn’t actually registered). I have removed the upgrade from your account and refunded the original purchase. The funds should be available within the next several days! Please let me know if you need anything else.
