  The domain is mysticraeyne.com It was setup for reoccurring billing and somehow that did not go through and now the domain name is in a limbo in this redemption period. I have no idea how to get it back. I cannot even re-purchase it…

  This is my receipt clearly showing that it is setup for reoccurring payments… Im not going to pay $80 to get my domain back for a billing issue that was NOT my fault.

  Hey so bumping my issue up to the top. Still waiting. Anyone know how to get a billing issue sorted out on this forum? How long does it usually take for WordPress to bother to get back to you? Took me 3 hours on the phone yesterday to track down that WordPress is holding my domain hostage through THEIR billing error.

  Thanks for the updated information. It is definitely frustrating when these things happen.

  As I volunteer I don’t have access to account information, but I have added a modlook tag to the sidebar so that a staff member can take a look for you.

  So no matter if it’s WordPress’s mistake or mine I guess I have no other alternative but to pay my domain ransom demand right? $80 and my ransom is paid right?
