Domain not renewing according to WHOIS

  I’ve paid for a plan renewal on August 26th (a receipt was sent), which should include the domain my blog is on as it was originally included in the plan.

  As of today (22/9), the domain’s registry expiry date has not moved according to the domain’s WHOIS records, and with the date approaching on the 25th, can a support team member look into this issue? Is it supposed to renew on the date of expiry, or has there been an error?

  Howdy!

  The domain peso.fm and your Premium plan appear to have renewed successfully in August.

  I do see the old expiratory date still in a whois search also. I’ve asked our domain team to take a second look at it and I’ll send an update if I hear anything different from them.

  The GoDaddy whois search
  shows the correct expiration date :)
