Domain not set up

Hello,
I am in the process of installing WordPress via my Bluehost hosting provider. they have told me that my Domain is not set up with my hosting provider. However, i did do this yesterday. Could you let me know if my Domain is ready to use or what the issue might be that i cant see?
my Domain is Francescalikes.com which is not coming up below of the BLOG URL link.

I have paid yesterday for Google Apps and cant actually get onto it. The email did not send me any link or way of setting this up so im really confused what i do with this?
After you purchased Google Apps, you should have received a confirmation email as described in our support guide here:

Did you receive this? If so, you can follow the steps given in the above guide.
If you didn’t receive the email, and have double checked your spam folder, please let me know.

Your domain is currently registered here at WordPress.com, with your site currently hosted through us too. If you’d prefer to have your site hosted through BlueHost, then you can change your domain’s name servers to point to them by following our guide here:

Hi Francesca.
Domains can be very tricky to get back once cancelled. If you’d like to continue using francescalikes.com for your site, I wouldn’t recommend cancelling. Instead, you can add your friend as an admin to your site so that they’re able to assist with moving your domain:

Once added, your friend could transfer your existing upgrades to a fresh WordPress.com site to start over with:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#transferring-upgrades

i appreciate that but we are changing names aswell. I would prefer to have everything cancelled so i can start again a fresh. would you be able to assist me in doing this please and organising for the refund of the services?
