Domain not showing after refund

    Hi
    I requested a refund on my hosting and domain plan for http://www.blackcabpakistan.com

    I planned to purchase the domain and hosting from a different host, so that i could use custom themes.

    However, it has been 3 days since i requested the refund, and the domain is still not available for purchase from any other host.

    Awaiting urgent response

    It looks like your refund went through on our end and the domain was cancelled. However, the release of the domain to be re-registered is controlled by the registrar and can take several days. And they’re actually not required to release it.

    In the future, if you’d like to keep using a domain, instead of canceling, it you should transfer it to the registrar you want. All registrars should have a process for transferring a domain, so if you ever changes hosts in the future make sure you do it that way. :)
