Domain not showing up

My registered domain is not showing up as one of my purchased domains, even though I purchased it a year ago. I received a call from WordPress telling me to renew my domain, however I can’t if it doesn’t show up in My Upgrades section. I know this isn’t a ton of info to go off of, but I WordPress support has been unhelpful so far.

I don’t see any purchases under your alecmoorephoto account. Is it possible that you purchased a domain under a different username?
What is the domain in question, and what is the associated WordPress.com site?

Thanks for getting back to me. The domain in question is alecmmoore.com and it is likely that I purchased under another account. If you find the email that is under that name that would be helpful!

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

Thanks. I bought my domain through wordpress and redirected the DNS to bluehost so I’m aware of that aspect, however I still should be able to see the domain through my wordpress account, right? I also followed your links and the directions in them without success.

If you cannot determine which email address is associated with any blog you registered here at WordPress.com then there is only one means of account recovery and I linked to it above.
