Domain not shown in the domains page

    I have added my website with domain aeroexpressgroup.com to my WordPress account. However, I don’t see my domain in the domains page. Is there a way to manage my domain?

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    If you mean managing your domain’s DNS, you can only do so from where you registered your domain, or where your website is hosted (if you use their DNS manager).

    If you simply add your site to WordPress.com with the JetPack plugin, you cannot manage your domain’s DNS from your WordPress.com dashboard.

    I tried to connect my domain to WordPress.com from other registrar. But now the domain isn’t shown in the domains page on WordPress.com, neither at the previous registrar.

    Is there any way to track the current registrar of the domain?

    What exactly did you do? What exact action(s) did you take? Knowing what you did will enable us better assist you.

    From public records, I can see your domain is registered with DNSPod. It also uses DNSPod’s name servers, and seems to be hosted with TransitIP. I have no idea if DNSPod and TransitIP are related.

    But I don’t see anything that shows your domain is, in any way, connected to WordPress.com.

    I’ll recommend you get in touch with your domain’s registrar or host to find out where your domain is.

    Sorry, the host I see is TransIP, not TransitIP
