  Hi My domain is supported by google apps, shall i be worried?

  I am not sure what your question is.

  If you are trying to use a domain that you already own, here at WordPress.com you will need to map the domain: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  I bought http://www.extrasmile.dentist from 123-reg before i started my WordPress account. I wonder if this domain will clash with some of the features in WordPress?

  When you map a domain, the only thing that changes, is what visitors see in their address bar, and how people get to your site, it does not change the features.

  Let me know if you are receiving an error message when you try to map your domain to WordPress.com.
