Domain not transferred?

  I’ve tried to transfer my domain away from wix over to WordPress, it’s been days and my site still isn’t connected. I’ve changed the nameservers but still getting the same issue. Can anyone assist me? I even created a support ticket.

  Hi there!

  It looks like the domain was still pointing to Wix using their IP addresses. That’s why it wasn’t loading your WordPress.com site. This also caused issues because you set the domain as the primary address of your site, but the domain is pointed elsewhere.

  To fix this, I set the wpcomstaging URL as the primary address (so that the site and dashboard can be accessed) and removed the IP address from the domain’s DNS records.

  This change in the DNS records can take up to 72 hours to take effect. Please keep visiting the domain herbalhours.com every few hours to see if it loads your WordPress.com site.
