domain not transferring

  Hi there, when I go to checkout with my cart, it keeps stating the the domain has not been trasnferred. Should i be waiting a few days to complete this after I have unlocked my domain with GoDaddy?

  Hi @psychiclover7, you can go ahead and unlock the domain with GoDaddy, then finish the purchase.

  Or if you prefer, you can map the domain for now, then transfer it later:
  http://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Oh, I also noticed there’s an issue with purchases on your account. You should see a message saying your purchases are disabled, and “contact us” will be underlined because it’s a link. Can you click that? That link will help you contact the right team. They’ll typically be able to review your case within a business day.
