Domain not working

  I have been paying for the domain flexiblefaith.com and it’s not working. What’s going on?

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

  When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/.

  If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.

  Hi there,

  The last payment for the domain, flexiblefaith.com, was made on 23 October 2015. That domain expired on 21 November 2016 and was removed from our system on 2 January 2017, and a month later it was deleted at our registrar.

  That domain is not registered any more, but the good news is you should be able to buy it again as a new domain. However, to register it via WordPress.com now you will need to buy a plan under My Site ->Plans, as domains cannot be bought on their own here any more.
