Domain not working

    I purchased a domain through wordpress and have directed it to my .wordpress site. However, when I type the URL in, it doesn’t load (error message: this site can’t be reached). Can anyone help with this?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes
