Domain not working

I paid for my domain, go-boldly.com, and followed the proper instructions to activate it. However, it’s not working– there is now no way I can view my site. It doesn’t work when I search goboldlydotcom.wordpress.com, or go-boldly.com. I checked my domain in the domain page under ‘store’ and it shows there that I’m using the correct domain. However, when I go to the Domain Helper under support, I get 2 error messages– both that it is expired, which is impossible, and that it is not registered.
Please work with me to fix this quickly– I have to have this working immediately for job purposes, and I can see no reason for this error.

Sorry about this – it looks like there was a glitch when you tried to register the domain. I’ve credited your account for the full amount – would you mind please trying the registration again? The $18 credit will be applied automatically on checkout.

Hi– also, it says that the domain go-boldly.com is already in use by a wordpress user, though obviously it’s not, and I was unable to successfully register it. How long will I have to wait to get this domain registered to me?

The issue you had with your domain registration was resolved behind the scenes, and I have now applied it to your site. You will not need to register go-boldly.com again or purchase anything else. All you need to do from here is set the domain as your primary domain here:
