Domain not working

  Hi support,

  My domain has expired and I would like to renew it but there isn’t a renew option. Can you help?

  What is the URL of the domain that you allowed to expire please?

  Hi there,

  You should be able to renew a domain under Store > My Domains in your Dashboard.

  If not, please post the URL of the expired domain so I can take a look.

  It looks like that domain isn’t currently available. You can look up the current domain owner here:

  http://who.is/whois/613homesandcondos.com

  If that user information looks familiar, maybe you had the domain registered via GoDaddy? If so, you should be able to renew it through your GoDaddy account.

  If not, you are welcome to try to contact the domain owner to see if they will release it to you, but they may charge you a premium to transfer the domain to you.

  If you prefer, you can try registering a variant on your original domain, such as 613homesandcondos.biz or 613homesandcondos.info.
