Domain Not Working

  I need help my domain TamishaMonet.com or TamishaMonet.Wordpress.com aren’t working. I’ve tried them in various browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome) but the domain appears to be broken. What can I do to get it work?

  Although tamishamonet.com has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. I noted your other threads on this and I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  I’ve told Wix, to change my servers for the past four months. I’ve went through the steps I could complete myself but they have the name servers blocked on their website, to where I can’t change them myself.

  I appreciate your help and prompt response. I will most definitely be patient. Thanks again for your help! :-)

  Hi there!

  Unfortunately we don’t control any part of your domain until your name servers are changed. So I won’t be able to directly help you with this.

  However, I’m more than happy to help you figure out what you need to do to change your name servers.

  It looks like your domain is registered through Network Solutions:

  http://who.is/whois/tamishamonet.com

  You should have an account with them where you can log in and make changes to your DNS settings. Can you try that and let me know how it goes?
