Domain not working

  My domain says it is expired even though I have definitely renewed it with the provider (123 reg). They said that it was something to do with wordpress, do you have any ideas how I can get it working again please?

  Hi there,

  Your domain mapping upgrade for brackets.name expired 27 days ago, on August 29, 2015. That upgrade links your domain name to your WordPress.com site so you can use it here.

  You can renew that upgrade from your My Upgrades page to keep using that domain name on your WordPress.com site.
