    This si all the information that we volunteers answering questions have http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/11/10/domain-mapping/
    If you have purchased and domain and domain mapping and your question is not answered by reading that FAQs entry then you will have to contact staff.

    Suuport hours are Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4PM, Pacific time. During those hours you can use the “support” button on the top right hand corner of any admin side blog page to contact staff. If you do approach staff please include all the details regarding your purchase of domain mapping credits and your paypal receipt. But do not post that personal information to the forum.
