Domain ownership

As far as know, I am the owner. I started the account, own the business adn do all of the editing. All i need to do is update the dns records. Why is this so complicated!
And if you say i’m not the owner, then who is????The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you tried following the steps on the custom DNS support page? It looks like you’re getting an error message – what exactly does it say?
Go to your domains page, making sure you’re logged in to the account that you purchased the domain with and see if that helps.

Yes, I’ve spent the last 5 hours trying to follow the Custom DNS page. I’m logging in as the only account that i know that exists. I’m the only person on the users page. the error keeps saying that i’m not the domain owner, and he/she is only one who can make changes. Well, if the owner isn’t me then who is it. I’m the one who edits and pays for it. there is no one else!

I’ve tagged this for a member of staff to come and take a look, they should be able to clear things up for you. It sounds like it’s just a case of account confusion but they’ll be able to tell for sure.

This is ridiculous!! qbender is my brother. He helped me in the beginning put together my website. I just talked to him and he doesn’t even remember doing it! i know his username and password and i still can’t sign in under him. it says he needs to be invited!! What the heck is going on here!! I’m extremely frustrated by all of this.

Ok. I have added him to my domain. Now, how do i get rid of him so that i can be the ‘owner’ of my own wordpress account!!! And i won’t have to go through this s%*# again.

i know his username and password and i still can’t sign in under him
You are contacting me from under qbender‘s account, so I can go ahead and transfer the domain from his account over to yours. Just give me the okay and I will be happy to do it immediately. I take it that when the purchase was made either you or your brother were logged in under qbender, which it is why it is under that account. But, no worries, I can get that transferred over right way. Just confirm.
