Domain Ownership

  Hello, I own the domain “tinadsalter.com.” I actually purchased this on behalf of a friend, who has already set up her blog at tinadsalter.wordpress.com. I need the domain to redirect to her blog. Do i need to transfer ownership to her to accomplish this? And, if so, how do I do so? Thanks in advance for your help with this matter.
