Domain Ownership/ Site Ownership

    It is my understanding that site ownership has been transferred to us from the previous pastor who ‘owned it’ under his account. I have 2 questions, I cannot figure out how to pay for it? and I am unable to remove him as admin. Please advise.

    Hi, the upgrade seems to be owned by another user on your account. You mentioned “us” — is someone else in the group getting the renewal email? If so, are they able to log out, and log back in using that email address?

    That should be the correct account, but if you’re still having any trouble, please let us know.
