  Your domain mapping (and any other upgrades) is owned by the account / email that originally bought it – the original account needs to transfer the upgrades to you – they can do that from the Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades – – or the account can log into this thread and in small clear words ask the staff to transfer the upgrades – from which account to the specific account
