Domain paid for by direct debit but not renewed

Hello I have been subscribed to the premium plan for the hosting of my website for 5 years with an automatic renewal on October 1st. I was charged and invoiced on September 1, 2024 for this renewal with the domain name. But I noticed yesterday that it no longer works and is no longer accessible online. The associated email address also no longer works. I contacted support through the website but I don’t have a response. I contacted wordpress by email but I don’t have an answer either What can be done to unblock this situation as soon as possible? Thank you for your answer Emmanuelle

What is the full URL of the site that is offline? Can you see the site/domain in the dashboard of this account you are posting from as emmagenealogie.wordpress.com loads fine. Do you perhaps have another account? This thread has been tagged with “modlook” so a member of staff should reply here. If you were contacting staff from an account with a paid upgrade you should have received a reply by now. If you have a free account then this is where you get directed to.

Thank you for your answer. I paid for a Premium version and a domain, my site is in Premium version but WP didn’t pay for the domain. So I lost my domain and I can’t use it anymore. My email (email visible only to moderators and staff) and accessing my site with domaine.fr is not working. WP support hasn’t answered my calls for a week!
I’m patient but I’m starting to feel the anger rising
