Domain parked

  Hi, I just cancelled the renewal of my domain and asked for a refund, per support instructions. However, you also parked the domain. I believe I paid for at least a few more weeks. Can you leave my URL in place since I paid for it for that time period?

  Hi @krahnccsf, I’ve restored the domain and made sure auto renewal is disabled.

  If you’d like to use the domain going forward, please be sure to either renew it, or transfer it to another registrar:
  https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

  Allowing it to expire will just make it go through a lengthy redemption process where it can be difficult and expensive (and sometimes even impossible) to get the domain back, so I’d recommend against that.
