Domain parked and entire site has gone

    My domain is parked, i cannot access any of my site pages nor can i see any posts. Entire website is gone. Had a conversation about transferring domains but was told it was locked? So I was told to go through the process of getting it unlocked before transferring now everything is gone. Urgent advice would be most appreciated as this is a business website.
