domain parked / how recover my domain name

  Good morning,
  Urgent request, I need the help of an employee to recover a domain that has been parked.

  On Sunday September 3, I renewed my WordPress subscription (domain) for the price of 22 euros 80 / per year Site link: deliee.org / https://deliee.org/
  The next day I asked support how to change the main address of the site because I wanted to move from .org to another extension. It was a request for information and assistance.
  Not a request to cancel my domain. I asked specific questions.
  But, this morning, Tuesday September 11, I noticed that my site is no longer available. It says: “This domain is parked”. WordPress refunded the price I had paid but the problem is that today I cannot change my domain name without saving my site. However, I no longer have access to this site.

  So, I would like to recover my domain name deliee.org please because I did not request the cancellation of this domain name. I will pay again. But, I just want my site back.

  Good morning,
  I registered my domain name deliee.org before it expired. I wrote to wordpress two times after I payed 22, 80 euros to know hw ro change principal adress of the website. I want to have deliee.fr instead of deliee.org. Today I see that now my domain has expired. When I taped deliee.org its written, this domain is parked. I have not received any feedback following the messages written to support? Why ? On my bank account I see that the 22 euros 80 have been refunded. I need help not to lose my site because I simply want to change deliee.org to deliee.fr but stay on wordpress. Is it possible ?

  I want to continue to stay on wordpress.I just need to change deliee.org by deliee.fr. How can I do ? Can I now buy a new domain (deliee.fr / or deliee.blog as recommanded) And not loose all my work (articles on deliee.org). Please, can we have help. I am not sure, I do not want to loose all my articles. Thank you.
