  Hi I can see that you have parked my old domain emilvogelius.com
  When will this domain be released?

  You haven’t set the primary domain set for emilvogelius.wordpress.com. This means that although emilvogelius.com will forward to the site, emilvogelius.com will appear in the browser’ address bar.

  So if I change my primary domain to emilvogelius.wordpress.com then emilvogelius.com will be released?

  Do you mean you want to use this domain with some other non-WordPress.com site?

  NOTE: If you just registered your domain, you won’t be able to transfer it for 60 days.
