I want to use my domain through a hosting site so I ended my plan a day after I bought it. I tried to register the domain I got for free from WordPress, dominiquedefoe.com, under new servers but when I follow the instructions on WordPress and go to domains it doesn’t list any of the options that it does on the directions. It only says edit site address. It says that the domain is included with the site and never expires. When I go to the site, it says that dominiquedefoe.com is parked with automattic. How do I unpark my domain and register it under new nameservers?

The free WordPress.com address you registered will never expire: dominiquedefoe.wordpress.com.
dominiquedefoe.com was cancelled and should be available to purchase again around two weeks after cancellation. You can register it with a domain registrar of your choice.
The other option is I create a payment request for the registration cost ($18) and restore the domain to your WordPress.com account. You can then update the nameservers to point to your new host:
